In 2016, I began working with Pursuit Communications, where I spent six years sharpening my technical writing skills and learning how to turn complex technology into compelling advantages for a C-suite audience.
One of the accounts I worked on was Capita, the UK’s largest integrated IT support and business process management provider. My projects ranged from a series of case studies exploring the Internet of Things (IoT) to a white paper I researched and wrote from scratch on the future of technology to 2020 and beyond. In 2022, one of my final projects was the Capita Customer Promise booklet.
