Banking Brochures and Articles
During 2008, I worked in HSBC’s marketing department as a print copywriter, writing a range of literature from savings and investments brochures to welcome packs for Premier customers. One of my first tasks was to rewrite all their consumer banking communications in a more friendly, approachable tone.
In 2011, I was rehired by the bank to write copy for their new consumer, business and group websites, which I wrote according to strict templates and SEO criteria. Once the copy was complete, I researched and wrote financial articles for the new site.
