During my time at Ogilvy One, my main account was American Express. I wrote so many communications for their 14 card offerings, each of which has different benefits and features, that I was asked to write the tone-of-voice guidelines for each card. In addition to the emails and landing pages featured below, I also wrote a Shop VIP West End microsite and Amex’s entire Australian website.
When I wrote the benefit emails featured below, the client complimented me by saying, “this is the best first draft of copy I’ve read in ten years.”
